On April 23,24, 2023, Can Tho University and the Department of Cooperation and Development of Vietnam National University, Hanoi organized the the training program "Innovation in Education" (VIBE) for staff, lecturers and students of Can Tho University at CTU's Learning Resources Center.

The aim of the training course is to:

- Capacity building, human development; Equip essential 21st century skills to be ready for the future

- Stimulate and promote the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship

- Improve the effectiveness of education quality;

- Training and guiding methods, techniques, innovation of teaching and learning activities

- Build a community of practice, accompany, share and support to increase confidence, create motivation to continuously innovate and develop together

- Build an organizational culture with empathy, cooperation, respect for diversity and differences

The staff, lecturers and students can participate in various activities and games to develop necessary skills such as: teamwork skills, presentation skills, problem solving skills, etc. .

VIBE is the abbreviation for Vietnam Ireland Bilateral Education Exchange initiated and implemented by the Irish Embassy in Vietnam since 2015 within the framework of the Irish Development Experience and Sharing (IDEAS Program).

The objective of the VIBE Program is to contribute to Vietnam's socio-economic development priorities by encouraging, promoting and deepening educational partnerships between educational institutions. Irish and Vietnamese universities and research.
