Following the series of online counseling programs to support student counseling needs during the Covid-19 epidemic, the talk show "Balancing Your Emotions to Cope with Stress" was organized by the Center for Student Consultancy and Startup in collaboration with the Youth Union and Department of Student Affairs of Can Tho University on December 28, 2021 has closed successfully. The program had the participation of special guests who are experienced lecturers and administrators of CTU.

There are some useful tips for students to overcome stresses:

  • Negative emotions have bad effects on human. It may causes stress and pressure on us. Therefore, we must spend more time on relaxing and balancing our emotions so that we can solve problems efficiently.
  • In addition to mental health, physical health also plays an important role in our life. Students should have a good diet and do exercises to have better learning.
  • Having time management skills helps us to structure our work, stay organized, and break many bad habits.

The program was broadcast live on the Fanpage of the Center at the link: https://fb.watch/9FzX92JpoE/, attracting more than 18,000 hits and more than 9,000 views and shares. 

 

The online orientation session named “Changing yourself to adapt to the university environment" is held to promptly support students to rearrange their learning and skill training strategies in accordance with their own capacity to get better study results at university. The program is hosted by the Center for Student Consultancy and Startup  in collaboration with the CTU Youth Union and Department  of Student Affairs.

What can students get from the session?

** Answer students' questions related to the school's regulations on learner management

** Advise students to build positive and proactive study habits and introduce some appropriate study methods at university level

** Orientating  students on balancing study plans and skill training plans.

INTRODUCTION ABOUT VIETNAM DIGITAL 4.0 LAUNCH PAD PROGRAM

Vietnam Digital 4.0 Launch Pad is an initiative of Google to provide free training in digital skills, business skills and soft skills for 500,000 small and medium enterprises in Vietnam. The program has been implemented since June 2018 under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT), in cooperation with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ho Chi Minh Branch (VCCI-HCM), the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) and many other partners across the country.

In the context of the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Digital 4.0 Launch Pad Program continues to organize a series of Online Classes in the form of a livestream via the YouTube channel.
